For those who have been unable to backup on iPhone, that issue is now fixed in the latest version 5.4.22 on the App Store. To make sure you get a full copy of your data onto your phone, follow the instructions on this thread to get the fix.
If you’re on Android like @Boris_Rybalkin and can’t back up, we’re working on a parallel fix.
