Website & App Issues

I’ve been unable to access my account for 24 hours - I keep getting error messages on both the app (error: having trouble backing up your data…) and the website (error: 500 Internal Server Error). Anybody else? Any ideas on when/how this can be resolved?

Having trouble with backups isn’t a big deal; the data are saved locally and then backed up later. But I’m not sure why you’d be getting errors on the web also; mine’s working fine on both my phone and my laptop. Have you tried clearing your cache and history, or maybe even trying it in another browser?

I’ve tried multiple web browsers and clearing the history and cache on all of them. The backup isn’t a big deal until things aren’t syncing and I’m losing data, which is now what’s happened because nothing is loading on either the app or the website - it’s as if my accounts and envelopes don’t exist except I can access the reports.

So your app isn’t even loading what you’ve saved locally? I’ve never seen that; I hope the admins can help!

Hi @laurabguilliams We saw your direct email and have replied there! Looks like the issue was related to a duplicate Debt Envelope. We’ve resolved it, so you should be good to go. Sorry for the trouble!
