Unable to Restore Apple Subscription

I have been using GB for a few years and decided to restart my envelopes and re prioritize. I cleared my household and tried to restart, and although I have my subscription still running on Apples side, I get an error when trying to restore my subscription with GoodBudget. I have tried to call (left a message) and I emailed support on 04/30/2033 and subscriptions today with no luck.

Anyone know what else I can do?
