Unable to delete Envelope linked to a non-existent Debt account

I have an envelope that was linked to a Debt Account that no longer exists. When I try to delete this envelope it says:

“This Envelope is connected to a Debt Account, so you can’t delete it yet. Go to Edit Accounts to edit or delete the Debt Account first.”

I cannot follow through with this because there is no Debt Account to delete.

I have already Cleared all data, but the envelope remains.
