Trouble with Plaid

Anyone else having trouble with Plaid integration? Sometimes it works great (Capital One), but other times it just drops the ball (Sam’s Club Mastercard, Voya HSA account, Charles Schwab Bank account, etc.). This ranges from not being able sync at all (incompatible for some reason), to syncing, but never updating (so I can force a balance, but it will never import an expense) to importing all the credits/expenses as $0 no matter what.

Yes! Following the suggestion in one of the GB articles, I contacted my bank (Forum). They told me that “we no longer compatible with Plaid’s system due to an update within our system that was completed a few months ago. We have let Plaid know that they need to update their system to allow the accounts to sync, but have not had any success. Unfortunately, the issue is within Plaid’s system.” Not sure if that’s the same for anyone else, but thought I’d share. It’s frustrating because the autosync of account data is the main reason I chose GB over other options I was looking at.
