Hi, I was having trouble with the app so I used my laptop to fix the issue. Now my app isn’t updating. Is there a way to sync the two?
Sorry for the trouble! Are you seeing a syncing error on your phone? Or are you noticing that transactions you’re adding on your phone are not syncing to the website?
Logging out / logging back into the app fixes most syncing issues. Before you log out, be sure to copy over to the website any transactions that are on your phone that haven’t been backed up to the web. That way, they don’t get erased.
