On occasion, Plaid unsynchs my accounts. Once I reconnect to my bank accounts, I have to re-categorize all of my transactions. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
Hi there – Sorry for the trouble! Are you saying you have to recategorize into Envelopes all of the transaction you’ve previously categorized? If so, that definitely shouldn’t happen. Can you shoot us an email to support@goodbudget.com with more info so we can investigate further?
