Phone app not connecting with computer

Today I entered a transaction on my Good Budget phone app.
However, when I got home and went on Good Budget on my computer the transaction was not reflected. I even refreshed the page but still does not show up. I feel this is not the first time this has happened. Anyone have any idea how I can get what I enter on the phone app to show up on my computer?
I do have premium.

I sometimes get a “hmmm, I’m having trouble syncing right now. I’ll try again later” message on the phone but it always goes through before long. You say you’ve refreshed the page—do you mean in the web or in the phone? Make sure you’ve tried syncing from the phone again to see your transactions on the web.
Not sure this is what’s happening but it’s always worked for me. I can only think of a couple of times when the sync was delayed by any appreciable amount, and I’ve been using Goodbudget for many years.

Sorry for the trouble! Your phone app should automatically back up data whenever you make a change, or even when you just open up the app. But, sometimes, that back up process gets blocked, and that would stop your new transaction from getting back up to our servers, and therefore, the web.

Tiffany’s right – try manually backing up your phone app to make sure your new transaction is getting saved to our servers so that it can then show up on the web.

If you’re on and Android, you’ll back up your device by tapping on the Overflow Menu > Back Up.
If you’re on iPhone, press and pull downward on the Envelopes tab until you see the Back Up message at the top of the screen.

Hope that helps!
