Monthly refills

I am wondering if there is a way for my balances to carry over month to month. For example if in one envelope I only spend half my budget, upon my monthly scheduled fill I would be left with 1.5x my budget. Or if I spent too much, when my monthly scheduled fill happens it wouldn’t fill the envelope to account for the overspending. Currently it just resets each month so I can’t account for last months spending.

There is! Just set your Fill toggle to “Add” instead of “Set”. This will put exactly that much into your envelope, even if it leaves you above or below your target. “Set” will add whatever amount is necessary to reset the envelope so the amounts vary, while “Add” is perfectly predictable but may leave your envelopes high or low each time.
This is toggled at the envelope level, so you’ll likely have a mix of Add and Set depending on the purpose of each envelope. :slightly_smiling_face:
