I have three transactions from about a week ago. I think the should have shown up by now, no? I think I might have seen them, but now there not there. I’m pretty confused.
Any thoughts?
I just found a fourth around the same time.
Hi @Tim_Smith – Sorry for the trouble! Goodbudget shouldn’t add and then remove your automatically imported transactions, but it’s certainly possible for them to be skipped altogether either because we didn’t receive them from Plaid, or for another reason.
Please email us at support@goodbudget.com from the email address you registered with and we can take a look! In your email, please include the name, date and amount of the cleared transactions you’re missing. Thanks!
