Set up account with sync to bank. Downloaded QFX file with transactions prior to the sync date. Transactions show up in Goodbudget import window. However, the transactions cannot be selected or dragged. There is no working interface options showing up to complete the import. Need some guidance on how to get the transactions imported. Thanks.
Hi @bom71193 – We believe we got your email earlier. It sounds like you’re trying to use the manual import tool to drag and drop transactions from a file into Envelopes.
You should be able to long press on each transaction in the left column to drag it into one of the Envelopes at the bottom of the screen.
If that’s not working for you, can you try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache to see if that resolves the issue?
Alternatively, you can try using the Upload Bank File tool to import your transactions onto the Need to Confirm screen all at once. After they’re imported, you’ll be able to sort them into Envelopes while on the Need to Confirm screen.
