Hi all. I am a new Goodbudget customer. My login did not give me access to the User Guide nor Community. To get access to this community I had to create a new (separate) account from my Goodbudget account. Does this sound right?
Yep, that’s correct—the user forums were migrated to Discourse a couple of years ago and while they’re specific to Goodbudget they’re not on the same platform. So yes, your Goodbudget household login will be different to your Forum login and that’s ok
