For some reason, my income is only going in every other month so I went into each envelope and manually entered income for February and April, in every single envelope that was missing those months.
A day later, some envelopes kept those entries, while others deleted February and other envelopes deleted April. I re-entered the missing income transactions and the following day they just keep disappearing inconsistently. Some envelopes still have the income I entered, mainly and others don’t.
I have spent hours on this and have even duplicated it multiple times and it is inconsistent with what gets deleted.
Someone please help!
