I’m considering coming back to GB after some years trying other apps. I have +2000 transactions I would like to import.
I’ve tried the import feature, but the last step of the import is manually dragging each transaction to an envelope.
Someone please tell me there is a faster way to do this! Even taking a few seconds per drag and drop that would take hours.

Hi there - Thanks for posting and for reconsidering Goodbudget!
The import feature does require you to manually drag and drop your transactions into Envelopes, and there isn’t another way to import. Because of that, I would really only recommend importing a month or two of historic transaction data into Goodbudget.
That’s unfortunate. History is important to me so I might reconsider some other time.
