You can email them for help, but I don’t think there’s a way to chat live. There are a bunch of pretty experienced users here in the Forums too, so if you want to post a question or an issue here while you wait for them you may get an answer even sooner!
Yup, Tiffany’s summed it up. You can send us an email at support@goodbudget.com, you can use the Priority Support form on the website if you’re a Plus subscriber, or you can post here on the forums.
