Is there a way to schedule a future charge (sometime next month, for instance) without it subtracting from this month’s budget?
Sure! When you enter the transaction, click the “schedule this” tick box and choose a frequency. If it’s only one transaction, you can choose “once”. That puts it into your Scheduled Transactions, which don’t debit your envelopes until they post.
