Your app provides reports relating to budget analysis, income analysis, and spending analysis. However, it would be nice to also be able to analyze how I’ve funded certain envelopes over time. I would like to recommend that you please provide users with some funding reports and analyses that don’t automatically deduct out the spending?
I appreciate your app and that it is a very stable platform that works well. I used to subscribe to Mvelopes but they were trying too hard to be on the cutting edge of technology that nothing seemed to ever work properly and their support people would basically just tell me that my issue is not a priority and not try to resolve basic functionality problems. I appreciate apps that are functional and dependable like Goodbudget. Thank you.

As you shared, we don’t have a report that captures funding for certain Envelopes over time. The closest would be our Budget Allocation report, but the limitations are that you cannot select a certain time frame. One possibility could be to take a snapshot of this report every month to track the changes in your Envelopes funds over time.
For now, I will add this Envelopes Report suggestion to our features request tracker but it is important to note that we are currently focusing on Bank Sync features and bug fixes.
