Checking Account Connections

Our accounts seem to be at least 1-2 days delayed in importing transactions and one or two haven’t imported any transactions even though they’ve had multiple transactions come through. Is there a place to check the connection status or see when the last time data was imported?

Thanks for your post! The 1-2 day delay is expected. To clarify, Goodbudget will sync your new transactions after they’ve cleared in your bank first. So when you make a new purchase on the real-life account, it will take a few business days for that transaction to clear in your bank and then for your bank to report the transaction and send it to Goodbudget.

The place you’d check your connection status would be on the 'Add/Edit’ Accounts page. If you see a lightning bolt next to your linked account, your connection should be fine. However, if you see an red triangular error next to one of your Accounts, then the connection is broken and you’ll need to re-link your bank connection in order for transactions to start syncing again.
