All transaction data has disappeared from my iOS app. if I input income and allocate to envelopes, or enter new transactions, i don’t get any errors but the transactions and income don’t show up, as if they were never entered. All balances are frozen at what they were the last time the app was working properly which was just a few days ago.
Unfortunately this may not be something you’ll be able to solve in the user forums. Do the transactions appear when you log in via the web app? Have you updated your iOS app, closed and reopened Goodbudget, and rebooted your phone? If all of those answers are yes and it’s still not working, I would delete the app and reinstall. If it STILL isn’t working, you’ll want to email the admins for support directly. Good luck!
Hi there – sorry for the troubles here. We heard this was happening for some people after they updated to the newest app version. In every case we’ve seen so far, this has been fixed by logging out and logging back in to refresh the connection and re-pick up the latest backup, so please try that first!
