I have a regular income set up and have the dollars distributed into envelopes, but it doesn’t show me how much I’ve already allotted on step 3. It only shows " – " under Amount Filled. I have an Income Amount in there and many envelopes filled, but it won’t show me how much I’ve already done.

It sounds like you expect to see your Income Amount and Amount Filled each time you open your Pending Fill.
Those numbers are only calculated when the fill is being created and then again once the fill posts. However, once it’s Pending, the numbers are not recalculated. You can try recreating the fill from scratch to see your Income Amount and Amount Filled again, or you can try adding up your Envelope one by one to make sure they are within your income amount.
If though, you are seeing “-” under Amount Filled while you are creating a Fill from Income, then it is because you selected “Schedule this…”. If you uncheck “Schedule this…” you should be able to see the Amount Filled update, then when your amounts are ready click “Schedule this…” as your second to last step before clicking “Save”.
