Account Sync with Plaid

I had my checking/savings account syncing with Plaid successfully for quite awhile. I had to change my username with the bank. I believe I updated the new user name with the Plaid connection. It has been a few weeks and I have yet to receive a new transaction so I don’t believe the account is syncing properly.

It says it is connected in the account window. Not sure what else to do at this point.

Hi @iBobFX4 – Thanks for your post! Changing your bank’s username or password would definitely require you to re-link your connection in Goodbudget. If you’re not confident you’ve done that, give that a try to see if your transactions start syncing again.

If that doesn’t work, shoot us an email (support@goodbudget.com) so we can take a look at your bank connections!
