In updating an envelope amount in the Adnroid app on my phone, I have accidentally changed a monthly envelope into a fortnightly one.
Now I cannot see how to change or move it back to a monthly envelope.
I have tried both on Android and on the web, to no avail.
(Hoping I do not have to recreate the envelope and lose record of former transactions)
Any solutions or ideas welcome please.
Hi @karenjs15 – You’ll be able to convert it back to a monthly one via the website by dragging and dropping the Envelope from the ‘Every 2 Week’ section and into the ‘Monthly’ section.
So head to the Add/Edit Envelopes page, click and hold on the four-directional arrow to the left of the Envelope’s name, and the drag it to the correct section. Be sure to click the ‘Save’ button when you’re done making changes.
