I just entered a bunch of transactions yesterday and today. I see that none of them are appearing in my envelopes. The program somehow did not save them? This has never happened to me in 4+ months of using goodbudget. Any ideas what I did wrong or how to fix this?
Thanks for posting and sorry for the trouble! Were you using the ‘Save & New’ option on the website to add those transactions? If so, my guess is that the Goodbudget page had already timed out when you began adding transactions. If it had timed out, then the transactions would not have saved correctly.
Unfortunately, there’s no way for us to restore them. Going forward, be sure to refresh any GB webpages that have been open for longer than a few hours before starting to add any transactions so things save properly.
