# Issues with balances and backups since Aug 3

For those who have been unable to **backup on iPhone** , that issue is **now fixed** in the latest version 5.4.22 on the App Store. To make sure you get a full copy of your data onto your phone, [follow the instructions on this thread to get the fix](https://forums.goodbudget.com/t/fixed-cant-back-up-iphone/3810).

If you’re on Android like @Boris_Rybalkin and can’t back up, we’re working on a parallel fix.
