# Fixed: can't back up Android

If your Android has not been able to back up since Monday, the fix for that is now available.  
To make sure you get a full copy of your data onto your phone, here’s what to do:

1. On your Android, go to the [Google Play Store to get the latest version](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dayspringtech.envelopes&hl=en_US) (v 2.24.26013)
2. In the Goodbudget Android app, head to the Envelopes tab, and tap on the Overflow Menu (those three vertical dots) \> Back Up to manually back up your app

You’ll know it worked if

- “Last backup” says “\<1m”
- Your recent transaction history on the web and Android are consistent
- Adding a transaction on web or Android backs up to the other place (or across 2 Androids)

I just followed those instructions and it shows it backed up but the totals are not right. I still see duplicate transactions

@Petcanu I believe the type of duplicates you shared in your screenshot have been addressed. If you’re still having issues, let us know.
