I am getting the following error message. Anyone know how to fix this?
“Every column needs a different label. If your bank uses two columns for transaction amounts, try importing an OFX, QFX, or OFC file instead.”
The credit union offers OFX, QFX & QBO but not OFC but does not work with GB. I have tried it with one other bank and both QFX & OFX works just fine.
I’ve used .qfx imports almost exclusively with no issues. That said, if it’s not working for you then you might try manually combining the two transaction columns in your .csv file before import. That’s a little extra work but it should help—just be sure the income and outgo have opposite signs (although at the moment I can’t be sure they’re intuitively positive for income and negative for outgo).
This is referring to manual imports only; if you’re having issues with bank sync then I’m sorry, I don’t have any experience with that function.
